It is necessary for an Adult (18 years or older) to fill out an adoption form. Adopters take full legal and medical responsibility once they adopt an animal. This includes informing their landlord/property manager that they plan to adopt a pet prior to bringing it into their home.
An animal is not considered reserved for you until we have an agreed upon day and time to meet. Once a day and time has been reserved we will hold that animal until you meet with us. If you do not respond to our emails but another party does and sets up a day and time, we have to honor their appointment.
Due to the unpredictability of our current form manager we are offering a second method to request adoption. We are actively seeking a better form manager.
