Due to Ohio Law- Surrenders must be done by the legal owner of the animal. Individuals under the age of 18 are not seen as legal owners. Stray animals or abandoned animals can be surrendered by the land owner or finder.
Due to the unpredictable nature of our current form manager we have made a short form that can be emailed or texted to us. We are working on a new form system.
